Return & Exchange Policy – OG Drapes

At OG Drapes, we take pride in delivering high-quality sarees and ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on orders unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any damage or defect claims.

  • Customers must contact us via WhatsApp to initiate any return or exchange request.

Exchanges

We offer exchange only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect product received

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product (subject to availability). If the product is not available, store credit may be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Used or washed sarees

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credits will be provided for eligible cases.
